I’ve had the insane pleasure of leading marketing for Game of Thrones and SpongeBob Squarepants and sliming the “Big Game” as the CMO Of Nickelodeon.
But I'm not your typical C-suite story. I didn’t have access to fancy schools or come with a built in network. I was raised by a single mom in rural Florida. I’m a first-generation college graduate. A lesbian and a mom with ADHD. I climbed the corporate ranks through relentless hard work, a desire for change and a belief that kindness & integrity are the keys to long-lasting success. For 20 years, I led award-winning teams in ad agencies, Media, Entertainment and Tech through transformation.

But what really matters? The countless teams I've built, the boundaries we've pushed, and the creative cultures we've shaped together. I've led through unprecedented growth and massive decline. I have been the over-achieving youngest exec in the boardroom and the fully burnt out CMO facing the team after the latest round of layoffs.
Every step has taught me that leadership must be both effective and empathetic. Now, I combine that real-world experience with credentials from Columbia, MIT, and Hogan to help other leaders embrace their authentic power.
